7/11/09 - NEW PICS - REPUBLICAN PARTY PICNIC IN LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY
June 16, 2009, the Liberty Van turned 225,000, while circling the Statehouse in Frankfort, KY! I bought it new on June 20, 2004, so it wasn't quite five years old yet! As of now, it's traveled about 165,000 miles since it became The Liberty Van (AKA Smoker's Rights Van) in December, 2005! The KY legislature was in a special session this week. I was up there because no one is safe while a legislature is in session. I remember when that used to be a joke.

John Adams said, "If property is not sacred,
Liberty cannot exist." Almost all the Liberty
Van issues boil down to PRIVATE PROPERTY
RIGHTS. Karl Marx said, "The entire communist
theory can be summed up in the single sentence, Abolition of private property." I think all those who don't like private property rights and freedom should pack themselves up and MOVE to Cuba, China, The People's Republic of California, or any other place on earth where they already have communism and no freedom. That would work for me. If we lose our liberties in this country, what hope is there for the rest of the world?

MEMORIAL DAY TOUR - May 21, 2009-June11, 2009. I Traveled about 7,000 miles, from our home in south central Kentucky up through Madison, Wisconsin, all the way west to Washington State, back down to New Mexico, then all the way back up to Pierre, SD. We came home through Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana. I now have photos of this van in front of EVERY Statehouse in the 'lower 48', except Virginia.
I am literally YEARS behind in getting the photos up on the website from all this van's travels. I really could USE some webmaster help! Someday I will get all these photos up!
Each set of photos for each tour is a separate webpage (or mini-site). If you would like to help make Liberty Van webpages, email me!
